Uploading customer master record: error bdoc, Not filled mandatory field

Hi,

I´ve configured everything to do the transfer between R/3 and CRM. The problem comes when I try to upload a customer to R/3. Customer doesn´t go to R/3 and analizing the bdoc the message is like this:

"Mandatory fields no filled, Complete them". Detail bdoc is "Area F2 125"

I don´t know which field is talking about?? It´s in sales area customer because when I create a customer with only general data the customer goes to R/3, but I´ve not defined any sales area mandatory field.

Problem is still. Note doesn´t work because R/3 release is ECC5.0. I´ll reward with a lot of points.

Hi L,

First Solution

Try to create customer master in ECC, with the same values you have given in CRM. Its like simulation of CRM customer in ECC.

Second Solution

Stop the outbound queue by going to transaction SMQS. Here you de-register the entry pointing to ECC. Now create customer in CRM. Identify the outbound queue, this queue is with status READY. Now double click on this queue. In the next screen debug the queue.

In debugger create breakpoint at ABAP statement "CALL TRANSACTION". and change the variable mode to value 'A' from 'N' and exeute it. Now it will call the transaction in All Screen display mode. Continue in this screen mode, when you press enter, it throws error, if you didn't filled mandatory fields.

This way, you can find the mandatory fields in ECC.

Thank you very much! You were right! I´ve used first option and problem solved because it was partner role as mandatory(Transporter).
