Work Item is OMITTING starting HTML tags, any solution?

I also have also used W3HTML as described in link But what I see is the HTML code for table is getting created correctly.( I have tested it in W3schools).

But when the same is forwarded to work item it is omitting some HTML tags and showing the code as text only.

Container:

<tr><th>Participant ID</th><th>Participant Abbrev.</th>

Displaying in work item as text like this

Participant ID</th><th>Participant Abbrev.</th>

Following tags is being omitted from every line. (Specifically only these)

<tr><th>

Any Idea what I am missing?
