right I have an s account but I think I have limited access to some functions on the sap site as I use an account hooked up with a personal email
You can change the e-mail address associated with your S-user via SAP One Support Launchpad.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Probably I misunderstood you - did you say that your S-user is for some reason associated with your personal e-mail?
If this is not what you meant - please explain what is the problem that you face, because the question is ambiguous.
If this is what you meant:
Are you able to log on to SAP One Support Launchpad via passport for example?
From there you can change both your password and e-mail.
If you cannot log on to SAP One Support Launchpad at all, then probably need to contact your administrator.
And yes, S-user IDs have e-mails - you can display the data in accounts.sap.com. From there I see an option to view the current e-mail address and to change the password.
