I have set up a Cloud Connector to access my On-Premise IDES system from a Java JCo web application running on SAP Cloud Platform. While running the Java JCo web application, I get the following error message. Any clues on what's wrong and how do I go about fixing this issue? Thanks for any help you can provide.

would be that there is a difference between accounts configured in SAP Cloud Connector and SAP Cloud Platform.

Only tunnels defined/configured in SAP Cloud Platform cockpit Cloud Connectors will be actually subscribed/bounded for applications that running on SAP Cloud Connector.

Meaning that your SAP CP subaccount will be subscribed for opening applications connection outbounding to Backend ECC via SAP Cloud Connector.

As the tunnel ID of the SAP CP sub-account is not subscribed in Cloud Platform cockpit Cloud Connectors, therefore the exception happened.

Please make sure the account in SAP CC and SAP CP is the same and this issue should be fixed.
