Hi Friends,

My client wants to run the autometic accrual programme for absence quota generation for all of their employees from 01.01.2008 onwards.

They want to avoid all the pending generation of last year & just to add the absence quota as balance with the accrual of the 1st month in the new year, i.e.January 2008.

Suppose, Mr.X has been hired on June 2007, now in some way his quota had not been generate in last year, now w.e.f from June on accrual of 1 PL every month policy Mr. X is having a balance of 7 days assuming that he has not taken a single PL last year, now the client wants (7+1)= 8 by using Quota correction IT & autometic accrual program RPTQTA00 in January 2008....Is it possible in standard configuration for a person whose quota has not been generated last year?

Please suggest.
