Access to IDES Demo System

I apologize in advance if my question is stupid, but I would be more than happy to receive your guidance on the topic of my interest, which is:

- How can I get access to IDES demo-systems for the purposes of improving my ABAP skills?
- Is there such a thing as getting free access or it costs money? If yes, then how much?

Please check the SAP Developers Page for free trials at https://www.sap.com/developer/trials-downloads.html

Personally, I prefer the SAP Cloud Appliance Library (cal.sap.com) - in that case you don't need to install it but access it through AWS but you do pay AWS fees
