after I install 7.10 business explorer, the Bex Analysis Toolbox not activated in Excel or is not working at all. in the toolbar list, the Bex Analysis Toolbox is marked by two xx from both sides in this format "xxBex Analysis Toolboxxx".
we tried in three different machins and it still gives the same problem.

Which version of Office do you use? Check OSS 1121263.

after excuting this TCOD (RRMX), it selects the 3.x Analyzer not the 7.1 one. Although the 7.1 toolbox is there but still not working.

Logon to your BW system.
Run TCod RRMX.
