Error on Phase Start Instance

Hi!!

I am installing ECC6 on Windows 2003 32 bits and SQL 2005. On the phase Start instance it sent me an error that say:

"Instance DEV/DVEBMGS00 reached state unknown after having state starting. Giving up. The step start was executed with status error"

Hope someone can help me.

What is th state of the dispatcher on the MMC....green,yellow or grey?
