Strategic approach to hr implementation

Hi All,

I have the following queries:

1. There are 2 positions in an organisation held by a SINGLE employee.First of all,how to configure this and secondly,if this is done,how can the headcount be calculated correctly?

2.If there are 500 positions in any company,what is the best way to configure them.Are these to be configured individually??

3.What is the best approach to enterprise structure,organisational and personnel structure,for a company of 500 employees and 100s of subcategories of the employees(for eg,for Pers Area A,dept is Manufacturing,and the employess are say welder 1.welder 2)

4.How to differentiate between jobs,positions,cost centres in such an organisation?
