Exception ID is not found in the trace logs

Hi,

We are intermittently seeing the below error exception message appear at the top of the Portal. It was a lot more prevalent during our benefits open enrollment period Nov 1 through Nov 30. It happened almost every day during that time. Now it is happening intermittently. The exception ID is never found in any trace or log files anywhere under the SAP directory. The only way to clear it is to bounce the portal.

The exception error message:

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/defaultDesktop/frameworkPages/frameworkpage/com.sap.portal.toolAreaiView

Component Name : com.sap.portal.navigation.toolarea.default

The exception was logged. Inform your system administrator..

Portal Runtime Error

When you do a text search for 19024350 in all files under the SAP directory nothing is found.

Does anyone have any ideas on this? I have an open OSS, but without finding the exception ID in the logs, it is virtually impossible to resolve.
