PDC date

I have an employee who is transferred from personnel area p1 to p2. The personnel areas p1 and p2 have two different schemas and they are not linked.

When I run time evaluation I am getting some errors.

ealiest recalculation date is not clear due to org reassignment in T569R table for recalculation type xx

Can I fix it by just changing the PDC date in 0003 or is there anything else that I need to watch for.

The earliest personal retroactive accounting date for time management, enables you to restrict the earliest retroactive accounting period for time evaluation (including pair formation) for individual employees.

Maintain required date in this field.

Did you check the feature TIMMO (Which defines the earliest recalculation dates)

Why don't you try to change PDC date first and run PT60 , see if you can get result. It works sometime and sometime not, depens on how the cluster table is updated.
