How can I create single delivery for normal material and hazardous material (Single shipment) i.e. for domestic and international orders and send picking information to client's WMS (Non-SAP)?

For clients non sap you must use EDIs.
The messages for shipment are the shpord... you have to configure all the edi system in order to do this....
