Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error

Dear Expert,

I am facing a issue in SAP PI(7.40) production.

All Scenario SOAP_TO_PROXY(Synchronous)

Please advice me solution for this error.

Error : Transmitting the message using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error

SOAP: Call failed: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error

Returning to application. Exception: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error

MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error
