*Archiving procedures and Data Retrieval procedures in SRM 6.0*

We are working on SRM 6.0 - Classic scenario.

I would like to know the archiving procedures and data retrieval procedures in SRM 6.0.

Please provide the Tcodes/programs which can be used for archiving/retrieving various SRM documents.
