I want to pass the database connection details dynamically to the JDBC communication channel during runtime from file. How is this possible?

What is the purpose of 'Java Library' in Processing Sequence?

To my Knowledge it is not possible as of now.

You can't use dynamic Configuration with JDBC, hence its not Possible. To verify this you can check the Context Objects in Receiver Determination (just for your info)
