Information Request type in GRC 10.1

Could you please let me know how to use the "Information" request type in Access request GRC 10.

Add a system to the request - a role is not required, but at least one system must be added.

In information request type there is no actions.

While submitting access request getting error as "add at least one assignment in the request".

Dear Lakshmi,

the information request type does not do much. If used, it's used as an informative workflow to inform someone else about a user. It does not contain any action which means no roles or firefighters can be assigned.
