sales order creation.

Dear SAP Gurur,

For one particular customer i'm to able to create particular sales document type (sales order).whereas i can create the order for other customers those belongs to same sales area & company code.

I have checked the setting in SPRO -customer belongs to that particular sales area & paticular sales area is also assigned to that sales document type.

Can some tell me, where is the problem.

Points will be rewarded.
