sales order creation.

Dear SAP Gurur,

For one particular customer i'm to able to create particular sales document type (sales order).whereas i can create the order for other customers those belongs to same sales area & company code.

I have checked the setting in SPRO -customer belongs to that particular sales area & paticular sales area is also assigned to that sales document type.

Can some tell me, where is the problem.

Points will be rewarded.

Hi,

Define your sales area in the customization screen as common sales area.

This will enable you to process the orders of your customer more effectively.

Path:

SPRO-Sales& Dist-Master Data-Define common dist channels and division.

pl check weather that customer is in deletion flag, if in delition flag remove and procede, your problem is solved.

check whether u have maintained the ccommon distribution channel and common division settings at VOR1 and VOR2.

Also Please check IMG, sd, sales, sales documents, sales documents header, assign sales doc. to sales area, there one common distribution channel and division settings.
