Extend standard migration files (yC4C)

is there possibility to extend a standard migration template with standard yC4C-fields? I know the procedure for z-fields but I just want to fill additional already existing fields.

Hello Thomas,

I am not sure if I understood your case. So, I can provide you two possibilities for this:

If the "standard yC4C-fields" means fields that are already delivered in the product, but they do not appear in the migration template, than the fields may be either hidden in the template file, or they do not appear by standard behavior. If the required field is not present in the template (it is not hidden), you have the option to create a custom solution to supply this requirement, or I can suggest you to raise an Ideas Place request for product enhancement.

Our development team monitors this page frequently looking for new requirements and enhancement requests.

On the other hand, if the "yC4C-fields" means extension fields created in the UI of the system, than I suggest you to check this case document:

1842942 - How to add an extension field in the data migration template

Summarizing the information, the extension fields should be automatically adapted to the migration template. If this does not happen, than there are some steps to be executed in order to include them.
