How to block entry for Batch in MIGO Transaction.

We activate the BATCH MANAGEMENT While creating the Material

Master.

At the time of MIGO, the User is entering the value for Batch e.g. 200801, a combination of YEAR+MONTH. Since it is a manual enter, huge error has been observed. This lead to wrong Inventory Aging.

Pls. note that we have developed a Aging Report based on the MIGO Batch.

We want to restrict the entry for batch by the user.

Is there any possibily where in we can auto-generate the Batch based on the Posting Date?

Is there any standard report for Age Analysis?
