    Hi Ifigeneia,

Well, I think I need to clarify that
    - your customers RSP is eligible to send task results such as the results of System Status Report to your WebDAV. Your RSP Studio includes a reporting feature, which allows you to have all received task results on a central place.

    - with your RSP Studio you are able to create and send tasks to your customers RSP installation. The result of it you can find in your RSP reporting feature too

    - with your RSP Studio you are able to create and send Content Upload Requests to your customers RSP installation. The content (Backups, log files) will be stored to your WebDAV. You can take it ftom there for further analysis.

Actually there is no possibility to "see"* your customers DB's in your RSP, unless you get the backups and restore it to your test environment.

    * a Remote Access directly to your customers DB's you can have via VPN or Citrix. I am not aware about any RSP related documentation, which talks about a similar capability of RSP

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards
