Cancel PO Pintout

Dear Peers,

While taking the printout of purchase order where all the line items are deleted, the system showing the message

"No print-relevant changes to document XXXXXXX exist"

I checked the print relevant changes in table T166C, where EKPO with LOEKZ (Deletion indicator field) is already maintained. Can anyone suggest necessary regarding the message?
