Hi,
We have created a Live connection on SAP Hana cloud platform in SAP BO Cloud. Once we try connecting to it by giving username and password (not SSO) it sometimes prompt again for authentication and does not connect. Other times it simply connects without any issue. We have given all the necessary roles and access rights to the user as mentioned in below blog.
Let us know if anyone has faced similar issue.

Sakshi - on the ones that don't work, I wonder if you could try (as the Cloud Administrator) to review System > Monitor and click Trace to see what is going on with the ones that don't work? I am guessing - I would do this first and if it doesn't show anything, log a ticket with SAP Support using the LOD-ANA-BI component
