Hi,
If I create a runtime version of a knowledgebase in R/3 (transaction CU34), it is not getting reflected in transaction COMMPR01 in CRM? Can you please tell how does the RTV data get transferred to CRM? Any specific funtion modules?

To get the runtime objet in CRM u need to download the object SCE through R3AS. The Runtime object can be seen in the ‘Configuration’ tab in COMMPR01.
