SET_HANDLER_FOR_NULL from class CL_USMD_READ_API

HI Experts,

We are frequently getting this dump in MDG system ( Co Deployment ) , Due to this all MDG screens are not working.

Note: whenever Server restarted automatically issue will resolved.

Error Short text : With 'SET HANDLER ....FOR src, 'src cannot be 'null'.

Application Component: CA-MDG-AF

Actually we are on MDG_FND 802 and using S/4 HANA 1709 versions.

Based on our configuration, Could you please suggest other notes or help.
