0costcenter master data differ from r/3 data source

Hi All,

Issu in 0costcenter master data.

In rsa3 data is

controlling area 0001

cost center 1000

valid from 01.01.1997

to 31.12.9999

but in BI 0costcenter

1st line

controlling area 0001

cost center 1000

valid from 01.01.1997

to 31.12.9999

2nd line

controlling area 0001

cost center 1000

valid from 01.01.1000

to 31.12.9999

here we can see we having data in r/3 and bi

but data is twice in BI with different date.

Why this is so, and what are the possible way to solve it.
