Last date of the year=RelativeDate(ToDate("31/12/"+FormatDate(([Your date object]);"yyyy");"dd/MM/yyyy");-1;YearPeriod)

Add 11 month from any given date=RelativeDate([Your date object];11;MonthPeriod)

Hi Both,

Thanks much working fine.

I have another issue

I have 2 data providers Q1 contain Material and Q2 contains ISBN. I am merging both at report level.

(Material and ISBN is list of numbers and both are string)

eg

Material ISBN Formula

111 111 A

121 122 B

123 124 C

Now I want to write a formula based on that saying that

if (Material =ISBN Then “A” (Eg:111)) ElseIf (if the number only in Material then “B”(eg. 121,123) Else (IF the number only in ISBN then “C”(eg.122,124 )))

Hi Sudarsan,

How can you compare same row twice and how you can place the output twice for same row.

it better used

if Material =ISBN Then Material Else Material + ISBN

Please let me know it will help you or not.

Anish

we can match the record by using Material =ISBN (like 111), but what about if the number are in material like (121,123)and not in ISBN (like 123,124 ) and same the other way round.

or do you have any other approach

Hi Sudarshan,

Please try below formulas:

1) =RelativeDate(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();1;YearPeriod);-DayNumberOfYear(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();1;YearPeriod)))

2) =RelativeDate(CurrentDate()); 11; MonthPeriod)

Regards,

Anish
