Hi,
Planned Order A request created in the planning run for a plant to trigger the procurement of a plant material for a certain quantity for a specific date
Production OrderProduction orders can only be processed and backflushed in the R/3 system. Planned orders that were created in APO are converted to production orders in the R/3 system. The current production order data relevant for planning is transfered from the R/3 system to APO.
Production Order Released this is manual or auto release once you release then status gets changed auto.
Forecast - for this you have to maintain forcast based parameters in mmr.
Pegged Requirement- this is component requirement after mrp run.
Status-it a system status field when ever any action gets executed it will get changed
Earliest Start- it a schedule start date in order
At Operation - at operation level
Operation - what you included in routing
Operation Short Text- detail info. about operation
Material - this is the main ingredient in mrp and overall business
Material Description- detail info. regarding the material
Quantity - this is the field in order and bom itself.
Rem Hours-its a repetitive manufacturing profile in that rem hours are there that you have to maintain
SetupTime- this is regarding the work center and its capacity related term
MRP Controller- its a key person when mrp run is to take place normally he is responsible - In mps manufacturing his role is vital
Production Schedular - its a related to order scheduling where it is assigned to production /process order
Planned Released date- whenever planned order
Actual Release Date - this is actual date of order
Difference it is vaience amt.of order
Planned Finish Date - its related to order date
Actual Release Date- its related to order date
Float Before Production- its related to schedule margin key and you have to define it in mmr
Project Definition - its related to ps module there you have to define your prooject
WBS Element - its a wbs element in ps module and when engineer to order scenario is there ther you have to define a wbs element - tcode- CJ91/92/93
Line Item or Network.- it is also related to ps module and that also you have to define by t code - CN01/02/03
reward points if useful to you.
