Excise Condition in ECC 6.00

i am using TAXINN procedure,i am not getting Standard excise condition in ECC 6.00(like Edu cess & She etc.).Can anybody send me list of standard Excise Condition for local /service / import.if any notes or patch i have to apply,then givme the note no.
