one plant with two profit centres

Whether we can maintain one plant with two profit centres it it possible, please let me know. asap.

This is definately NOT possible. In table MARC (material master) there can be only entered 1 profitcenter. (MARC-PRCTR). Plant is a key field of that table (field WERKS).

A plant is assigned to a company code, a controlling area can have multiple company codes. So you can only assign different profitcenters via different plants in several company codes.

But to have several profitcenters in the same plant is definately not possible.

Yes. We can maintain one plant with multiple profit centre. From SD prospect, Profit Centre is maintained in Material Master.
