Consumption of material in KANBAN Bin

Hi all gurus there.

This question is related to KANBAN cycle.

I have created a classic KANBAN setup in which I have opted for External Procurement in control cycle. I have defined a separate storage location in the plant. Now whenever a BIN is made empty , automatic purchase order is created in background ( which acts as a replenishment to full that bin) .

Now a GRN is posted manually using MIGO when goods are arrived . GRN is posted to the separate storage location of KANBAN.

Now I am stuck up at a point where I want following - as goods are particular storage area , whenever I click on EMPTY bin to make it FULL , it should consume the material from that particular storage area . However it is not happening.

Could you please tell me how this can be done? Do let me know if you require further inputs in this case. Desperately waiting for your reply.
