Missing Records from R/3 Production to BW 3.5 Production

Hi Experts

I am working on SAP BW 3.5 Version

When I am Loading data from R/3 Production to BW 3.5 Production half of the Sales Documents are Missing and I have done right LO-Cokpit procedure properly for

2LIS_11_VAITM

2LIS_11_VAHDR

2LIS_13_VDITM

2LIS_13_VDHDR

still problem

Kindly let me know on urgent basis( why it happens )

Does RSA3 show all sales documents ?

Hw abt in PSA?

What load is it ?

Check in RSA3? IF it is missing there also then u have to check in the set up tables....... May be u have done the selective statistical setup.... Please check in setup tables and let us know.

Do u have any restriction in the IP? i mean r u loading selective?

Hi,

You can do the following checks.

a) check whether you have any selections specified in your infopackage selections,

b) check whether you have multiple PSA data packages for the same request, if yes, may be you have to select all the PSA packages to check on the values.

No problem if u miss the records also we can extract the selective by using repair full... But could you please ans to the Jr Q in previous post....
