We have to have requested receipt date, promised receipt date and expected receipt date. I am looking for any work around available but still unsuccessful.

Is it possible to have the three types of the date ? Thanks

The dates you are asking are not available in SAP B1. It could possible to use UDF field in the title of marketing document and use authorisation functionality to make it appears only to certain users

You could also consider required date in the accounting tab of marketing document header

We actually still consider to use the dates I mentioned. I also need their definitions. if someone can tell, it is really helpful

I assume you could use these following definitions of the dates you need to know:

Requested receipt date:

The date you want the vendor to deliver your order to the ship-to address. The program uses the contents of this field to calculate the latest date you can order the items to have them delivered on the requested receipt date.

Promised receipt date:

The date your vendor has promised to deliver the order.

Expected receipt date:

The date you expect to receive the order.

Based on above explanation, I am sure you could understand now and possibly create UDF to resolve the problem
