Packing list

Hello Gurus,

I have a question regarding packing list text, i need to put "standard text for the footer" which will show up in the packing print slip. Packing list is printed automatically after vl01n save.

Thanks

    • Hi,

If you want to create a new output type then go to SPRO -> Logistic Execution -> Shipping -> Output control -> Output determination -> Maintain output determination for Outbound deliveries -> Maintain output types

If the output type is already created then use transaction code VV21, to configure the output type per shipping point/plant parameters.

Hope this help to resolve the issue.

      Regards

    Hi,

Set the packing print list output as 4-send immediately in transaction code VV22.

For printing standard text at the footer, you can ask your ABAP programmer to add the text in the SAP script or smartforms.

    Regards
