Can I call a QShell script (*.sh) from SM69 in an instance that runs in an iSeries (AS400)?

Does the procedure differ from calling a SM69 command that runs in any other OS?

Tips?

Tip: just try it. I'm pretty sure nothing will blow up. Unless, of course, you put an equivalent of "format C:" in the script. But then, hopefully, the permissions are set appropriately in your system to prevent such things.

I don't have an experience with SAP on AS400 specifically but I believe you should be able to do that and procedure is not different. Except, of course, the command itself would need to use the corresponding OS syntax.
