Create a record in T77UA

I want to create a record in T 77UA using a function module. Do anyone of you know the Function Module which will create record in T 77UA. Pls let me know its a kind of urgent.

use tcode SM30 and maintain T77UA.

As a developer you can create a record using ABAP statement (insert). And why do you want to add new records into this table ?
