Redwood Cronacle uses interface XBP 2.0, is same interface in ECC 6.0?

We are currently running Redwood Cronacle 7.0.2 with our 46C systems. We plan to upgrade to ECC 6.0 this year.

I asked Redwood if Cronacle for SAP 7.0.2 work with SAP ECC 6.0.

Redwood wrote that Cronacle 7.0.2 uses XBP 2.0. As long as your SAP environment provides this interface, there should not be any problems.

I have been unable to find any documentation that states that the XBP 2.0 interface is in ECC 6.0.

Hi Carolyn,

Cronacle 7.0.2 supports all SAP basis versions from somewhere in 3.1 to the current SAP Basis version 7.x. ECC 6.0 is also supported.

ECC 6.0 does support XBP 2.0. But Cronacle 7.0.2 also supports older XBP interfaces, so you will not have any problems there.
