difference between sap CRM and SD ??

Hi,

I have worked in SAP ERP 4.6/4.7 in SD module. How is SAP CRM different from SD module ?? Can I claim that I know CRM if I have worked in SD ?? Same is my question on SCM ? Please correct my understanding.

Hi,

It is very different than you said. If you just worked with SD module you know tables,transactions and process in SD side but with knowing all these are not enought to know CRM.It is another world so all tables,transactions and process in CRM different.
