difference between sap CRM and SD ??

Hi,

I have worked in SAP ERP 4.6/4.7 in SD module. How is SAP CRM different from SD module ?? Can I claim that I know CRM if I have worked in SD ?? Same is my question on SCM ? Please correct my understanding.
