Problem with support desk link

Hi ,

We created support desk link in the masthead by modifying the respective par file.

But when we enter the data and click submit in support desk it is giving the following error

Errors sending data from the portal to the SAP Solution Manager

JCO.Exception at SAP_DS1 Group (103): Message: The system is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received

We are trying to send the problem to the backend system which is solution manager.we did export the portal certificate to backend system and vice-versa but still we are getting this problem

Do we need to restart the server once we import the backend system certificate into portal

any help will be appreciated with points
