Deleted records are not updated into ODQMON itself from ECC to SLT

Hi Guys,deleted records are not updated into ODQMON from ECC .but we are able to see the deleted records in logging tables in ECC.we have designed like ECC---SLT---SAP BW on HANA.we are in critical phase because of the deleted records are not updated into BW.
