CRM 5.0 - Warning message in transaction BP

Hello, every time I switch between BP role Business Partner and role Sold-To-Party I see a warning message:

'It is not possible to maintain conditions for the business partner. Display this message for this business partner again?' I choose 'No' and the message disappears, but in another move, another client or even the same client she will appear again.

It's boring for the user, can I stop this message?

It is customization warning message if you press enter it will disappear

some time it happens

It disappears in that moment, but it's always coming back and it very boring to the users, can't I do something to stop it definitively?
