unable to display iviews and pages from Content Provided by SAP folder

Hi All

After patching our deevelopment EP 6.0 to SP20 we are unable to display the iviews and pages from the Content Provided by SAP folder, specifically Personal Information, Benefits & Payments and Working Time. The Web Dynpro is working fine, and all JCo's are set up correctly and tested. It was all working OK until we went from SP15 - SP20. We have a QAS system unpatched which we can use for reference but everything seems the same.

Can anybody help please

Deploy application component of SP20 and try, it might be the reason.

Thanks for your thoughts, I've been doing a little more digging myself and have found 2 sap notes 761266 & 1060899 which seem to suggest that the PCUI_GP17, ESS17 and MSS17 packages have as their prerequisites EA_HR SP35 & SAP_HR SP35 as they're all contained within Support Stack 20. I have asked SAP for confirmation of this.

I am fairly convinced now though that I need to implement HR SP 35 patches into the backend ABAP system.
