formating problem in text

Hi ,

I have a page which contains combination of text and program symbol (e.g program symbol used for material description ). If this material description is large then formating gets disturbed

e.g This is material &desc&

will appear as This is material YYYYYY - if disc is small size

else it will appear as This is material YYYY

YY

How can I protect splitting of description ( I mean program symbol )

    Hi narayan,

1)its very simple just double click on the table window.

2)the window lay out will open rightside ,

3)then go to line type in which your text is getting printed

    hi

Cell Size u have given is small and whenever No. of character overflow it goes to next line .

whatr u can do is , if u have extra space u can increase the CELL size , if not then try with reduce FONT SIZE.

    reward if helpful.
