Need to process failed tRFC

Hi,

I have Temporary Quantity Assignments which are not getting deleted automatically from the APO system. I can delete these TQAs from AC06, but would want to automate the process of retrying the failed RFCs. I understand that the program RSARFCEX can achieve this but would like to know the field inputs for variant creation. I have given my selections below. Requesting your inputs on this.

1. Dates: blank

2. Destination: As applicable

2. User: *

3. No records later than: Blank

4. Delete QNOSEND Flag: unchecked

5. All Statuses except 'Being executed': Checked.

Please let me know if this selection will work in both R3 and APO systems.

Other than automating the process of retrying failed RFCs, you can automate TQA deletion as well. It is a good practice to run report /SAPAPO/OM_DELTA_REMOVE_OLDER.

The variant on RSARFCEX looks ok to me. Would prefer though you fill up Data and Time. Destination can be *.
