Account Segmentation Problem

Hello Experts,

I'm using SAP Business One 2005B (7.40.252)

SP:00 PL:35

I've created a Company for Indian Local Settings and User Defined Chart of Accounts.

After creating I directly gone to the Administration->System Initialization->Company Details->Basic Initialization.

Then selected User-Defined for "Chart of Accounts Template" and then checked "Use Segmentation Accounts" then Update.

Problem:

Now SAP B1 is neither giving me the chance to create any "Account Segmentation" from Administration->setup->financial->Account Segmentation nor the chance to open Financials->Account Code Generator and

Financials->Chart of Accounts (default 4 segments are not appearing.)

How will I use account segmentation????

Need Help Urgently.
