V1801 Message: Pricing error: Mandatory condition MWST missing

Hi Friends,

I have a typical issue is that for a customer when we tried to create a sales order from one plant it is working fine and no issues, where as when we tried to create sales order by using another plant getting the pricing error as "Pricing error: Mandatory condition MWST missing", in the analysis it is showing that missing tax classification of customer, but it is maintained for the country in the customer master.

Can any one help me on this one please.

Hi,

initially you need to check what is region mainatined in the plant.

Then check if the MWST condition records are maintained for for customer region and Plant region

if the record is missing you will get the error

you can even check by clicking on the condition analysis button in the order

Yes please the condition record is maintained on the basis of country, country of destination, tax classification of customer and tax class of material,

Tax classification of customer is maintained as 1(Full tax) in customer master (KNVI table also we can see the record) but where as in the analysis it is showing as missing,

I don't know where I am missing but for the same customer we can able to generate sales orders by using another plant.

Hi,

The record need to be on Region not Country,customer Region(state) and Plant Region

if both countries are different then it will be Exports

Try clicking on the update icon at item-level under conditions and select B/C options.
