Grouping count doesn't exist

Hi gurus;

I'm working in a middleware between CRM and R/3. I know that systems are connected, but when i create a customer in R/3 and I save. When i write the transaction SMW01 in CRM to see the state, it's in red light and the error is "Grouping Count R001 do not exit"

But I comprobate that the group R001 exist in R/3 and CRM.

How I can solve that? Or it's possible that i didn't forget to do something?
