Edit Form UI

I am using SAP Version 9.2 PL09 on MSSQL. I have created User Defined Fields (UDFs) in SAP Marketing Documents. When moving UDF's using Edit Form UI in SAP from the Side Screen to Main screen in Sales Order using User Manager, the fields are moved. When i login with another user ID the UDFs are not moved as per user Manager.

I have a site having more than 10 users and it would not be practical to go to each user screen to edit UI.

Also when i upgraded from SAP 9.2 PL08HF to SAP 9.2 PL09 all the settings of Edit UI are removed and have to do the settings again.

We have recently implemented SAP B1 and facing the same problem you face in June 2016 which is pasted below.

Multiple Withholding Tax during Invoicing and Payment
