Iam using 4 pages(FIRST, FIRST_B, NEXT, NEXT_B),

In first page form attributes next page option, i mentioned NEXT.

i want to display logo and footer addres in first page only not in second page(NEXT). but when i delete logo in second page automatically it is not displaying in first page also.

can any one help me please.
