Goods receiving hours in DESADV DELVRY03 message

Is it possible to send the goods receiving hours in the outbound delivery with the IDOC DESADV/DELVRY03?

SAP places date and time in the EDT13-segment of the IDOC but we need the whole time frame on the delivery date to inform the logistics service provider.

For example in the outbound delivery the following goods receiving hours are recorded:

14 jan 2008 (Monday)

Morning from 08:00 till 11:00 and

afternoon from 13:00 till 16:00.

SAP calculates in the delivery the earliest delivery time, in this case 08:00 on monday 14 jan 2008, which is places in the EDT13 segment. In our case we also need to send whole goods receiving hous time frame. This can be done in the EDT13 segment or a extra added segment (like EDT13) to the IDOC?

u can either change the value by of the seg field or u cn extend the idoc aswell. both are supported. but it is advisable to extend the idoc as there might be some dependency over the original value interms of delivery verification

This information is on header level, tab "Shipment" under ship to party

Hi

look for some filed with in the segment EDT13 which can store the Hr. Req and which is not in use

then calculate the Hrs. through User-Exit and polpulate.

otherwise u can extend the IDoc to add a new field and populate the same through User-Exit.
